Most people who try this lose. Here is exactly why, and what fixes it.

It is not the picks. Study after study of real brokerage accounts lands in the same place: most people who trade actively lose money, and the ones who lose fastest are the ones who trade the most. When researchers looked closer, the losers were not picking worse stocks than the winners. They were doing four things the winners refused to do. Every one of those four has a fix built into this site, and none of the fixes require you to be smarter than anyone.

The four habits that empty accounts

1

Betting too big

One trade at half the account. It goes wrong, and now a normal loss is a disaster, so the next trade is bigger to "make it back". That is how a losing week becomes an empty account. Size, not skill, is what kills most accounts.

The fix here: the ticket will not let any single trade be more than 10% of the account. Not a suggestion, a wall. You cannot do the thing that ends most people.

2

Fighting the trend

A stock has fallen for three weeks and looks "cheap". You buy. It keeps falling, because falling is what it was doing. Beginners love catching knives. Professionals wait for the knife to hit the floor and bounce.

The fix here: the boards do not print ideas against the trend. Five indicators have to lean the same way before an idea earns a grade, and you can see all five on the chart before you touch it.

3

Deciding in the moment

The trade is on. It moves against you. Now you have to decide, with your money on the line and your heart going, whether to hold or bail. Everyone makes that decision badly. Everyone. The winners never make it, because they decided before the trade.

The fix here: every trade has a target and a stop set the moment it is placed. The site watches them for you. By the time a trade could scare you, the decision was made days ago by a calmer version of you.

4

Never keeping score

Ask a losing trader how they are doing and they will tell you about their best win. They do not know their real numbers, so they cannot see the pattern, so they repeat it. You cannot fix what you refuse to measure.

The fix here: the Discipline Rating scores every trade on whether you followed the plan, not whether it won. Six checks, every time. A losing trade done right moves you up. A winning trade done wrong moves you down. In a hundred trades it tells you, honestly, whether you are ready for real money.

The uncomfortable truth we will say out loud: nobody can promise you a living from trading, and anyone who does is selling you something. What we can promise is the four habits above will never be the reason you fail, because the site makes them impossible, and that the score will tell you the truth about your readiness before your bank account has to. That is more than any of us had when we started.
