"Risk comes from not knowing what you're doing." — Warren Buffett
How This Tracker Works

This is the trading journal every Hou5eMoney member uses to graduate from paper to live. Everything saves automatically to your device — nothing leaves your browser. Type what you traded, why you took it, what the dashboards said. Review weekly. Find your edge. The dashboards tell you what the market is doing; this tracker tells you what you're doing.

  • Set your account size first under Account / Risk. That powers the 10% rule and per-trade stop sizing.
  • Run the daily routine in the order the Schedule shows — premarket prep, prime window, power close.
  • Log every trade as it closes. Pick Shares or Options Spread — the form changes to match.
  • Journal at the end of day. Two minutes. Did you obey the rules? What did the desk say? What did you do?
  • Review weekly. The metrics on the Dashboard tell you where you actually leak money.
  • Export your data any time — it downloads as a single JSON file you can back up or move to another device.

The Hou5eMoney Creed

Read it once. Then read it before every session.

01Trade with the trend. Never against it.
02If any dashboard says CHOP, the answer is no.
03Match every entry to the dominant trend on all five indicators.
04When colors disagree, stand aside. Cash is a position.
05Stops are non-negotiable. Place them before the entry, never after.
06Size for the loss, not the win. The market is not a coin flip.
07When the Exit Dot fires, you exit. The next setup will come.
08The chart owes you nothing. You owe yourself discipline.
09Paper-trade for thirty days. Then paper-trade for thirty more.
10If you didn't follow the rules, it wasn't the system that lost. It was you.
« Trade the plan. Let the colors guide you. Your only job is to obey them. »

Expectancy — Why It's The Number That Matters

Win rate is a comforting number, but a misleading one. Expectancy is what separates real traders from hopeful ones — it tells you how much you earn, on average, per unit of risk. Expectancy = (Win % × Avg Win R) − (Loss % × Avg Loss R). Positive expectancy = your system has an edge. Negative = it loses money no matter how good individual trades feel. Recalculate it monthly.

Account & Risk Settings

"Don't focus on making money; focus on protecting what you have." — Paul Tudor Jones
The 10% / 1% Rule

Position-sizing is the single decision that keeps you in the game. The Hou5eMoney rule: Risk at most 10% of your account in any single trade — and within that trade, lose at most 1% of your account if your stop fires. If your account is $10,000, your largest position is $1,000 and your max loss on that trade is $100. The other 90% sits in cash, ready for the next setup. Cash is a position.

Your Account
Total capital you started this tracker with.
Sum of all closed trades.
Starting + Net P/L.
The biggest dollar amount you should ever put into one trade.
If your stop hits, this is the maximum dollar damage allowed.
Hit this number — close the laptop. The market will be here tomorrow.
Default 1%. Aggressive: 1.5–2%. Conservative: 0.5%.
Default 10%. Never go above 25% in any single name.
Default 3%. When you hit this — done for the day.
Position Size Calculator

Type entry, stop, and your risk % — the calculator tells you how many shares you can take.

Three Rules That Save Accounts
  1. Never override the size calculator — if it says 33 shares, you take 33, not 100. Your gut isn't a position-size model.
  2. Hit the daily loss limit, you're done — not "one more to break even." That's revenge, and revenge is how accounts blow up.
  3. Stops go in before the entry — not after. A mental stop is a wish, not a stop.

Daily Schedule (Mountain Time)

"Hands free, eyes free — let the desk speak."

The market opens at 7:30 AM MT (9:30 AM ET) and closes at 2:00 PM MT (4:00 PM ET). Not all of those hours are equal. This schedule tells you exactly what to run, when to push, and when to keep your hands in your pockets.

6:00 – 7:00 AM MT Premarket Prep
Calm. Strategic. Coffee. Zero emotional clicking.
Scanners: HM WEEKLY CREDIT · HM DAILY TREND  |  Indicators: TIDE · GRID
  • Build bullish watchlist, bearish watchlist, squeeze candidates, momentum names.
  • Check TIDE — heavy-flow week or thin tape? Thin = smaller size all day.
  • Use HM DAILY TREND to confirm structure. Choppy = stand aside that name.
  • Mark overnight highs/lows, key support and resistance levels.
  • Set your max risk for the day BEFORE you see the first candle.
BEST FOR: Swing planning · Debit/credit spread planning  |  AVOID: Forcing premarket entries · Random low-liquidity names
7:00 – 7:30 AM MT Final Open Prep
Lock in your battle plan. Not after the open. NOW.
Scanners: HM 4H HIGH BETA · HM SQUEEZE EXPANSION 1H  |  Indicators: TRIGGER (mode/speed set) · PULSE (check STRENGTH)
  • Confirm your top 3–5 names. Drop the rest.
  • Check 4H momentum on each — is FLOW accelerating? Is GRID holding bull/bear?
  • Look for SQZ ON in PULSE. Squeeze setups are your A+ candidates at the open.
  • Identify exact entry zones — breakout levels, reclaim levels, dip-buy zones.
BEST FOR: Final watchlist locked · Entry zones marked  |  AVOID: Adding new names at 7:28 AM · Changing your plan after it's set
7:30 – 7:45 AM MT ⚠ Opening Chaos — Watch Only
Spreads are wide. Signals are unreliable. Trap candles common. Let price reveal itself.
  • NO new entries in the first 15 minutes unless an A+ setup is undeniable.
  • Use this window to confirm the day's direction, not to chase it.
7:45 – 8:30 AM MT Open Drive Window
Beautiful chaos. Move with it — not against it.
Scanners: HM OPEN DRIVE 5M  |  Indicators: TRIGGER · FLOW · PULSE
  • TRIGGER on 5M — wait for BreakoutUp, ReclaimBuy, TrapLong, or ConfBuy before entry.
  • FLOW must agree — BIAS BULL + ACCEL UP for longs, BIAS BEAR + ACCEL DN for shorts.
  • PULSE STRENGTH past ±40 minimum. Gray bars = no trade.
  • These are FAST trades. Have your exit planned before you enter.
BEST FOR: Fast debits · Momentum shares · Quick continuation  |  AVOID: Giant emotional candles · Revenge trading · Overtrading
8:30 – 10:00 AM MT ⭐ Prime Money Window
This is where serious money moves. A+ setups only. Full stack required.
Scanners: HM 4H HIGH BETA · HM SQUEEZE EXPANSION 1H  |  Indicators: TRIGGER · FLOW · PULSE · GRID · TIDE
  • WEEKLY (TIDE) aligned + DAILY (GRID) aligned + 4H FLOW accelerating = A+ conditions.
  • GRID must show HOLDING BULL (or BEAR). If GRID says WAIT — you wait.
  • PULSE STRENGTH above +50 for longs / below −50 for shorts.
  • TRIGGER must fire ConfBuy, BreakoutUp, or ReclaimBuy for longs.
  • This window produces the day's best P/L. Don't blow it on garbage setups earlier.
BEST FOR: Debit spreads · Continuation swings · Directional momentum  |  AVOID: CHOP on any dashboard · Entering on volume below 1.0× average
10:00 – 11:30 AM MT Midday Chop
Welcome to fake breakout city. Reduce aggression. Manage winners.
Scanners: HM DAILY TREND · HM FLOW DIVERGENCE 4H  |  Indicators: FLOW (watch for divergence) · GRID
  • Manage open winners — trail stops, consider trimming into strength.
  • Use HM FLOW DIVERGENCE 4H to spot exhaustion in existing moves.
  • Pullback and reclaim setups are the best plays here — not new breakouts.
  • If GRID flips to WAIT, close the position. Don't argue with it.
BEST FOR: Managing winners · Pullback entries · Reclaim setups  |  AVOID: Random breakout chasing · Emotional scalps · Forcing new full-size positions
11:30 AM – 1:45 PM MT Power Close
Institutions begin repositioning. The tape gets real again.
Scanners: HM DAILY TREND · HM WEEKLY CREDIT  |  Indicators: TIDE · FLOW
  • Watch TIDE — if weekly volume is surging into close, institutional repositioning is real.
  • FLOW BIAS shift late in the day can signal an overnight trend change.
  • Best for swing entries and overnight holds if all five indicators align.
  • Close all day-trade positions by 1:50 PM MT.
BEST FOR: Swing debits · Overnight holds · Credit spreads  |  AVOID: Oversized swings · Opening new positions in the last 10 minutes
1:45 – 2:00 PM MT ⚠ Closing Imbalances — No New Positions
Day-trade positions should already be closed by 1:50 PM MT. Don't open anything new.

If you can't check off at least three of these boxes, the trade isn't A+ — pass.

  • ✓ Trend agrees on all five dashboards.
  • ✓ Pulse STRENGTH is past ±50.
  • ✓ Flow BIAS is on your side and ACCEL points your way.
  • ✓ No opposite-color CVD divergence dot in the last 2 bars.
  • ✓ Volume on the upper dashboard is above 1.0× average.
  • ✓ Tide verdict is HEAVY or UNUSUAL on your side — not NEUTRAL or thin.

Weekly & Monthly Review

"You are not trying to predict every move. You are trying to find the BEST moves."
End-of-Week Review Checklist
  • Read every trade you took. Did each one match an A+ pattern?
  • Calculate your week's expectancy. Is it positive?
  • Which setups produced your best R-multiple? Which leaked money?
  • What time windows produced your best P/L? Worst?
  • Look at your rule-adherence %. If it's under 80%, the problem isn't your edge — it's your discipline.
  • One concrete change you'll make next week. Just one.

A+ Setups — Reference Library

"When all five agree, size up. When they don't, sit out — cash is a position."
A+ — Confluence Buy (Highest Priority)

WHAT YOU SEE: Trigger fires a cyan CONFLUENCE BUY arrow — FLOW CVD and the VMC Exit Dot are both aligned bullish simultaneously. This is the desk's single strongest long signal. Grid is HOLDING BULL. Pulse STRENGTH is rising.

THE TRADE: Buy the close immediately. Stop below the bar's low. Trail with the fast EMA. Do not hesitate on this signal — it is the most filtered entry in the stack.

A+ — Reclaim Buy (Stop-Run Reversal)

WHAT YOU SEE: Price sweeps below a prior swing low (stop-hunting), then closes back above that level. Trigger fires a gold RECLAIM BUY arrow. Price is above the big EMA. Bar closes bullish.

THE TRADE: Enter on the reclaim candle close. Stop just below the swept low. Take half off at the prior high, trail the rest.

A+ — Triple-Confirm Breakout

WHAT YOU SEE: Trigger fires a yellow BREAKOUT arrow. Pulse strength above +60 with a yellow breakout dot. Flow prints a yellow ACCEL UP bar. Grid prints GRID: BUY. Tide is HEAVY BULL FLOW or UNUSUAL BULL SURGE.

THE TRADE: Buy the close of the breakout bar. Stop just under the breakout candle's low. Target = height of the prior range, then trail with the fast EMA.

A+ — Dip Buy with CVD Absorption

WHAT YOU SEE: Trend is BULL on all dashboards. Price pulls back to the fast EMA. Trigger fires a lime BUY DIP arrow. Flow shows a cyan divergence dot and BIAS flips back to BULL. Pulse STRENGTH curls up off the zero line.

THE TRADE: Buy the close. Stop just below the dip low. Target the prior swing high or trail with the fast EMA.

A+ — Rip Fade with CVD Divergence

WHAT YOU SEE: Higher-timeframe trend is BEAR. Price rips into the fast EMA. Trigger fires a pink SELL RIP arrow. Flow drops a red divergence dot — buyers pushed up but flow shows sellers absorbing. BIAS flips to BEAR.

THE TRADE: Short the close. Stop above the rip high. Target the prior swing low.

A+ — Trap Reversal

WHAT YOU SEE: A breakout/breakdown fires against the macro trend, then immediately fails. Pulse drops a cyan or red trap dot. Flow shows opposite-color absorption. The next candle closes back through the midpoint of the trap bar.

THE TRADE: Enter on the trap candle close. Stop above/below the failed extreme. These move fast — take half off quickly and trail the rest.

★ The Elite Full-Stack Setup

When ALL of these line up at once — things can RUN. This is A+. Full-stack alignment. Size up, let it run, trail tight.

  • WEEKLY bullish (TIDE: HEAVY BULL FLOW or UNUSUAL BULL SURGE)
  • DAILY bullish (HM DAILY TREND + GRID: HOLDING BULL)
  • 4H bullish (HM 4H HIGH BETA + FLOW: BIAS BULL + ACCEL UP)
  • 1H squeeze firing (SQZ FIRED in bull regime)
  • FLOW accelerating (yellow ACCEL UP bars in the FLOW panel)
  • GRID holding bull (HOLDING BULL pill active)
  • TRIGGER confirming (CONFLUENCE BUY or BREAKOUT arrow — not just a candle color)
  • PULSE STRENGTH rising (above +60 and climbing)
  • TIDE heavy bull flow (WK% above 120%, BUY% above 60%)
